'FieldCorridor started with one goal in mind: to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to London. The Rossi family established the business in 1985, and it began as a quaint eatery run by the family, boasting recipes passed down from past generations.
Marco Rossi, our originator, developed her pizza-making skills through her explorations in Italy, where she apprenticed with expert pizzaiolos in Naples, the original home of pizza. Back in the UK, her mission was to encapsulate the essence of genuine Italian pizza by adhering to traditional practices and selecting only premium ingredients.
What started as a humble 12-seat eatery is now a treasured staple in the community, yet our devotion to excellence and genuineness remains unchanged. We continue to employ the age-old techniques of a wood-fired oven, prepare our dough daily from scratch, and choose only the best ingredients available.
Today, 'FieldCorridor is still a family-run venture, with the Rossis' next generation at the helm of our zealous crew. Despite incorporating some contemporary advances, our core ethos is the same: producing scrumptious, sincere pizza that draws folks together.
